CVNSND has different categories of get-togethers. These are:

• Tribe Meetings
• Campouts, and
• Longhouse Events

A Longhouse Event is an activity put on by the CVNSND Longhouse. Some examples of Longhouse Events might include:

• The Holiday Parade
• Ice Skating
• The Ledges Nature Hike
• The Rocket Launch
• The Annual Pool Party
• The Father/Daughter Dance
• and several more

Many Longhouse Events include entire families (not just dads and kids, but siblings and moms, too). Longhouse Events can also be tailored to specific tribes and also be gender-specific (e.g. The Father-Daughter Dance).
