FAQS: How often do tribes meet?

Tribe meetings are get togethers that are held when it is convenient for members of the tribe. Typically it is up to the organizer of the meeting to choose the date. Most tribes plan an general agenda of meetings for the upcoming 6 months to a year, then choose who will be organizer for each meeting. This allows each member to be an organizer for a meeting so the workload is spread around.

The general idea is to aim for one meeting each month. However, sometimes there may be more than one per month or there may be months when no meeting happens. Some months are simply a little more difficult to plan a meeting. For example, summer is a little tough because of vacations. And while not every tribe member comes to every meeting, you’ll want to attend if you can.
