Tribe meetings are simply get togethers that are planned and organized by members of your tribe. While all members are encouraged to attend each tribe meeting, it is simply impossible for that to happen. Work schedules and family schedules prevent that. However, meetings are typically held once per month, and the organizer of the meeting gets to choose when the meeting will occur. Each member of a tribe should be organizer no and then so the workload is spread around. Typically, the organizer sends out an email to other tribe members to determine availability. Based on availability, the organizer plans and organizes the meeting.
