Longhouse Event: Independence Home Days

Downtown Independence

The 103rd Annual Independence Home Days Celebration is right around the corner and the CVNSND booth is back along with the parade.

We will be dressed up in our tie-died CVNSND t-shirts and vests for the parade.  Longhouse participants will be able to march in the parade along with our float and also distribute candy (supplied by the longhouse) and wooden nickels throughout the parade route.  Gathering location and time will be communicated via e-mail prior to the event.

Throughout the entire Home Days extravaganza, we will be running a booth complete with games and prizes in addition to the scooter raffle. The booth is also an extension of our recruiting season which began at the Brecksville Home Days in June and is a great way to keep our membership strong.  We will provide all of the details of the time slots for staffing the booth at this event well in advance of the event, so please be on the look-out for the details.  Each tribe must cover a particular time slot for the Home Days event!
