Whirlyball – a Pathfinders & Dads Event

1:45 P.M. – 4:00 P.M.

This popular event is limited to the first 40 people who register and the cost is $20 per person. This covers two hours of Whirlyball (we will have two courts, allowing for 20 people to play at once), pizza, veggies and all the pop / soda / whatever you call it you can drink. In addition, there is a small bar at the facility. You will need to arrive by 1:45PM to check in and review the (awesome!) safety video so we are ready to go at 2PM. This is intended to be a Pathfinder-only event, involving only dads and Pathfinder-aged children. If we are near the event date and have spots to fill, we may expand the invitation list to include siblings / friends (minimum age for Whirlyball is 9).

In order to register and pay for this event, please scroll down on this page and input the applicable information under the heading “TICKETS.” We are testing a new system which will enable you to register and pay for the event in advance via PayPal. A 3% handling fee is automatically added to the PayPal option due to the fees charged by PayPal. If you would prefer to mail a check prior to the event, please follow those instructions. If you prefer to pay cash upon arrival to the Whirlyball facility, you can do so, however, we would greatly appreciate exact change (once again, the cost is $20.00 per person). Don’t forget to also bring a dollar for the Dads’ patch.

The new system will generate a ticket for each person attending the event when payment is received via PayPal. If you select this option, please be sure to be prepared to show the e-mail containing your tickets’ QR code which we will use for the check-in process. You can print the e-mail containing the tickets or simply have them ready to show on your smart phone when you arrive. Your patience is appreciated as we continue to try out this new system.
